Guest guest
Well what a difference a good nights sleep can make to a person. I have not been sleeping too good lately. Yesterday I had to go to Hornsby after work and exchange an MP3 player that I had bought for myself and by the time that I got home after walking about my hip was really sore so I had my dinner took some of my big gun pain killers and the next thing I knew it was 4.30am and it was time to get up for work. Pain is not as bad this morning thank goodness but I do feel more relaxed after having a really good nights sleep. Ghyll I will give you a ring tonight. I do hope yesterday went well for you. cheers Mazz

The real comedy of it all is we have less than two inches left. Freezing temps are making the roads icy but we are not in anything like the rest of the country's weather. We mid-southerners are just not used to snow and not set up for maintaining the roads.I am still hanging in limbo waiting to go to the hep dr. I just don't know what to think. I feel apprehensive about it for sure. It's been so many years since I was last to one.I am not full of chatter and don't have any questions so I will close. I hope all of you are having a good day. smiles, beckyray
