FW: Ordering tests without a practitioner

Hi I was really hoping for a response to my question below as my sister is keen to order the test of she can. Would really appreciate if someone could reply. Is there any way around this problem as she is keen to order the tests and does not want to have to consult with a practitioner as the IgG test is easier enough for her to understand herself?
