I think its going to take time - frustrating as it is, you have to be patient. I know the trouble you are having - I have had that too with this second band. I felt like I was never going to get restriction, I was never going to be able to achieve what I thought I might be able to - but its happening slowly, 10 or so months later things are falling in to place. I wish I had been more aggressive with my fill level earlier. I am only now in tune with that and I feel like I am a couple of months behind on that.

It will come!
