Guest guest Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 With very overcast skies, and a nearly empty office (except for me and a couple of others with no vacation time), it's no wonder the blues are hanging around. I've got to get going on the weight loss competition, though. I've read where HIIT is the best for weight loss, but it's also the hardest on body parts. Hmmm. I think I'll give it a try, but be careful about it. The next best thing would be interval training, and I have a number of DVD workouts with those. I *plan* to go light on the eating tomorrow, and then head out for a strong push of good eating/exercise for the rest of the competition. DH asked me if I wanted to do any holiday baking this year, and I said no to that, at least. I believe the competition's officially over on Feb 3, so I'd best make a strong push this last month. I have managed to lose 6 pounds from the start, but that's not all that much! I won't do the competition again, because (theoretically) I won't have enough percentage to lose to be competitive.
