OT - Pumpkin seed butter (food as medicine - medicine as food)

Hi all,

Just sharing.

We are having this pumpkin seed butter at the moment and while it

doesn't look too appetising (also a bit gritty and quite a strong smell)

.... we think it is very tasty and really enjoy it (unfortunately a bit

too much for our son as yet).

(We buy in bulk from Infinity Foods - everything is a lot cheaper but

only if you can make a big purchase)

The nice thing about pumpkin seeds is that they are supposed to help

eliminate parasites.
