Guest guest
Hugs! The 100 reps in the water weren't very hard. At 24 Hour Fitness we had 2 sizes of water weights, but this gym only has the lighter ones, but most ppl that take Aqua classes here are seniors. For the biceps I did them with a reverse grip and wound up working my neglected forearms, and I'm feeling the pool workout there! I'm already feeling it, so I'm VERY happy! I'm going to try the pyramid with other body parts! 100 triceps??? WOW great job !!! Are you sore? ~
