Good morning!

Today I did Cathe's High Step Training (all 5 cardio cyles premix) and then I did meso 3 biceps and triceps. The weights just felt so heavy to me. Not sure what my problem was.

BICEPS 7 reps 4 sets

Bar Bell curls 40

Incline curl 17

Seated concentration curl 15

TRICEPS

Lying extensions 15

Seated one arm overhead extensions 12

Cross body kickbacks 15

I burned 364 calories, avg 124, max 181. I have one more body part left and I'm putting meso 3 AWAY!
