Guest guest Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 I was determined to get a workout in this morning despite sleeping terrible and having a headache this morning. I took some advil and hopped to it. I didn't have much time though, so I did just the " guts " of the workout. No warm-up or cooldown.. Just took it slow in the beginning and used walking up the stairs and waking the boys for my cooldown..ha.. I like the music in this one a lot (besides beginning). I shut my HRM off at 37 minutes and had burned 491 calories with my average at 146. I've gotten a couple workouts in here and there that I haven't reported on.. Need to make sure I do. It helps to keep me motivated!D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
