Over training??

Oh, I ache from head to toe! Last night's workout (I thought) was pretty tough,

so I wasn't going to do too much tonight. I had DOMS in thighs and lats -- but I

kept going for 40 minutes again tonight (I usually only do 20-30 minutes). Now I

ache all over!

I did 2 of Kathy 's Rules of Fat Burning workouts (there are 6 on the DVD).

It seemed a lot slower than the FIRM workouts I've done this week.

Anyway, I think tomorrow will be a rest day, or at least a slow, easy day. Ouch.
