Guest guest Posted December 17, 2011 Report Share Posted December 17, 2011 Hi Everyone, I can't remember when I last posted, so I'll just go w/ Thursday/Friday. Thursday - Firm Body Sculpt Blaster w/ Tucker. Definately my favorite of the "6 pack" - it packs a lot in a short time (30-ish minutes) and it is challenging w/ combined/compound moves. I think I stretched some on my own afterwards. Friday - Long outdoor walk 2+ hours. Felt great. Today I haven't done anything so far, and might not, it is my usual rest day. May stretch a bit b/c that is what I tend to neglect the most. I pretty much finished up my FIRM rotaton (minus a couple of workouts - which I am ok w/ skipping) so for next week I'm pulling out some old favorite FIRMS to finish it out: I'm planning on the Tri-Trainers (Max Body Shaping, Fat Blaster, Better Body & Buns) and the "Parts" from the Tri-Trainers/Cross Trainers (Tough Tape 2, Tough Cardio Mix). I will also have one long outdoor walk in there. Here's the plan:Sunday - Fat Blaster & Stretch Monday - One of the strength workouts & Stretch Tuesday - Tough Cardio Mix & Stretch Wed - Strength & stretch Thursday - Long Walk Friday - Strength & stretch Should be a fun mini-rotation (especially since these are some of my favorite FIRMs)Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
