My walk commute was a total of 3.5 miles. Total miles on the pedometer= 5.01 miles, and 10,965 steps. My back was a bit better today, but still kept the pace slow. I had to use the pain pills to get through the walk commutes this week, but it still got easier each day. I won't take the pain pills over the weekend and just let my body tell me how fast or slow to go.

My next two weekends are 4 day weekends, Friday-Monday off. Sweet!
