Guest guest Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 I woke up so late today (for me). It was 7:42 when I looked at the clock. Wow. I was up in the night with Miss Aniyah for a couple hours, but still shocked I slept in that late. It made me feel crappy! I nearly felt hungover. After a couple cups of coffee and reading, I forced my workout. Thank goodness DH was here (has the week off) so he could tend to Aniyah. Anyway, I chose another of 's newer ones (workout 1, Your Best Body. I enjoyed it a lot! It's not a terribly hard workout, but it still works you plenty. A couple of the exercises I didn't go as low as I know my back wouldn't handle it, and then there was one move where I think it was pretty hard on the knees. I also did the yoga and stretch. I shut my HRM off at 43 minutes and had burned 436 calorioes with my average at 139. I was pleased with that since there wasn't any cardio in this one D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
