Guest guest
Hi Mandi, We had Eversfield sweetbreads a couple of times (sweetbread is supposed to include thymus). http://www.eversfieldorganic.co.uk/buy/sweetbreads_59.htm (Might be worth checking though to be sure if ordering). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweetbread We liked them a lot (very soft meat a bit like kidney but a milder taste than kidney) but they work out quite expensive. We used to do thymus tapping ... it sort of follows on from a very simple lympahtic drainage (downward movements from the top of the head then from underarm toward the centre of the upper chest) - then a little thymus tapping. (starts from about 1min 45secs) Best wishes, Sandy
