Hiya Mazz... what are you up to tonight?

Yes... agreed. When I went to Italy last year I had ALL the fill out and still found that I had to be very very careful. The only thing that was different was eating pasta - went down a treat. When I have fill, can't touch the stuff. The other thing I ate was the lovely Italian bread. Won't touch the stuff here at home. Ahhh... memories ~ real food! Oh well.

I said it earlier to Anne... my Sydband friends are fantastic and I know that when the chips are down big time, they will always be there for me. This is just a slight hiccup in the scheme of things. By mid year, the worst will be behind me and I will be heading in a forward direction. Also... I am thinking of all the walking I am going to get in for a whole six weeks!!!!!!!!!! That has gotta be a positive!
