I haven't done much of anything else lately, but I have done a LOT of

stretching, especially the hamstrings and butt (Figure 4 stretch). That DOES

ease the pain quite a bit, and I'm keeping a " normal " daily activity going,

instead of being stuck on the couch.

I think I'll try some walking again today. Last time I did I cramped up real

soon after starting. I'll see how things go this evening! Gotta go for now.

Hi Indy,

Glad youj're stretching, I"m trying to keep that up myself b/c I tend to get really tight in the hip flexors and hamstrings which then messes up my back. I have been spared sciatic pain! But, I can easily throw my hip flexor out!!Try walking outdoors, it is a different motion than the TM and may not cause your hamstrings to cramp up as much.
