Hi ,Im new to this group & new this year to autism, but on my research journey ive found i keep coming back to this lady, Dr Wahls & her way of thinking.This video is great as its easily understandable.

This doc has some excellent information! BUT suggests using ALA inappropriately

- high doses w/o reference to its chelating ability.
