NYE workout - done! Four sets of Seven reps:Dip Machine (Flex)90, 105, 105, 105Dumbell Kickbacks:12's, 15's, 15's, 12.5'sStanding Kettlebell Overhead Extension:35 lbs, 20 lbs, 35 lbs, 20 lbs

Rope Pull:65 lbs, 70, 75, 75Supine Tricep Extensions35 lbs, 35. 35, 35Bicep Curls:15's, 15's, 15's, 15'sHammer Curls:15's, 12.5's 12.5's, 12.5's

Concentration Curls:15's, 12.5's 12.5's, 12.5'sLap Swim: 25 minutes.  I would have done more biceps but I was getting short on time and plus there were all these ppl doing crossfit type workouts all around me and I was feeling myself getting pissy.  Noel has had an influence on me for sure!
