oh no sarah, i dont know what valley fever is, but it sounds

awful. so sorry to hear that it is dragging on and you are

wearing thin. i hope that your workouts are helping you to

cope... you did great in getting up so early to get your workout

done.

Hi all, this morning I did Austin Shape up and shed pounds. This one is definitely for beginners, it was so easy and boorrring. She did some mambos and some cha chas which I hate, that section is 30 min. long and is called low impact cardio. It was kinda Sansoneish in a way. I didn't care for it at all and was just about ready to put this DVD in the get rid of pile (which I never do) but then I did the second section, stretch & tone which is 20 min. long. I liked the stretch section so I guess I will keep this one. For some reason her voice didn't annoy me in this one like usual. You all have a great day.
