Yeah, it's kind of an awkward machine and I may skip it eventually.  It's just an unusual angle and I like to hit the muscles from all different directions.  This isn't an exercise I would replicate with free weights.  I can't see myself ever going over 10 lbs per arm on this one.

I would love to work out on the floor with you, Tonya!  :)  We can leave the gym and close someplace else down!

 

Looks like a great workout!  Be careful with those behind the neck presses.  I don't add them to anyone's program because they are so rough on the rotator cuff muscles.  There are so many other shoulder exercises that can hit the delts and rotator cuff without being damaging.
