Isn't it an AWESOME feeling to wear out a yoga mat?  I remember when I wore out my first yoga mat how proud I was!  Pigeon pose is also my favorite :)Namaste,

Hi!

For the first time in a very LONG time I wasn't able to workout this morning.  I had a really early appointment so I decided to do my Friday workout Saturday morning.  I did have time to do one of my new yoga DVD's tonight.  I was excited to try a new one plus since I hadn't had a workout it felt good to do something.

I bought myself 3 new yoga workouts.  The first one I tried was Deepak Chopra & Tara Stiles Yoga Transformation: Weight Loss & Balance.  This was a 50 minute routine.  I really enjoyed it.  There isn't a lot of funky poses, just your good old yoga.  It won me over when we began doing the pigeon pose which happens to be my all time favorite pose.  I enjoyed the yoga also because I got myself a new mat.  My old one was worn down on both sides where my feet have grinded into it.

My other two Yoga's I bought are e Corn Detox Flow Yoga and Budig Aim True Yoga.  I previewed them both and from the preview they look really good too, but I'll have to do them to know for sure.

So I'm going to get up in the morning and do my Friday workout.   I'm looking forward to it.

Have a great night!!

I can't imagine wearing out my mat (obviously I don't do yoga nearly enough). How cool though!
