Guest guest
Hey all, just going with the flow on workouts, nothing set schedule right now. I need a break from that rigidity after school and everything. Yesterday I did the 20 minute workout from Marisa Tomei's workout. She mentioned repeating the workout 2-3x over, but it was pretty high rep so I left it at 20 minutes. It is mostly lower body and abs, some I feel was "borrowed" from Cathe like the hip lift with a twist for abs and a slow version of firewalkers (they use a loop band too). Overall it was a nice light workout, I just didn't care for her trainer. I get a little uptight lately about trainer's definition of what "burns more calories". He was soft, quiet spoken so at least it wasn't an in my face thing. That is just part of something I have to live with since what I take from school and what is out in the world can conflict with what I believe to be true. I have turned into my AT professor like that LOL. This morning I did Cathe's 34 minute Upper body premix from Supersets. I am hoping the mail gets here b/c we are waiting on grandma's Christmas card with some $$ to pick up a present for Viola from her. We are hoping to grab a Victorious doll, preferably the singing one. Christmas can go on for a few days around here LOL. Got to love my family like that. Have a great one! I hope I can get to do yoga! I got the new Trudie one with my Amazon gift card, and maybe a core fusion segment (also from my gift card!) Guest guest
It's nice to see you reporting in, Kassia I follow you on Facebook and always enjoy hearing what you are up to. You have a lot on your plate and seem to always finish - 4.00 GPA, taking care of a sick husband, being a mom to Viola - you are a Wonder Woman!
