This is the one I tried two times in one week a couple of months ago trying to see if I could get the choreography down and the 2nd time through it went better and I had hope for it. Today, I did it again, and not at 5:30 in the morning either, and it was, once again, ridiculously confusing. I was doing all low impact too and they hardly show Libby at all so I had a hard time figuring out some of the modifications too and that didn't help. I get a great calorie burn/in my zone time for such a short workout (30 min) but it is just not at all enjoyable to not be able to follow along using the regular workout or low impact so finally, I'm giving up and throwing it in the trade pile.

I'm going to see the foot doc in a few. Foot had me up again last night so hopefully he's got some encouragement for me today. Tomorrow is lower body and I'm doing a floor workout to keep the impact off the foot again. We'll see how that goes.

You gave it a good go. Sounds like the trade pile is where it needs to live now.

So sorry about your foot keeping you up. It must really bother you to interrupt your sleep. I hope the doctor can get you some relief.

Hi Donna!

Yeah, me too. I got another cortisone shot in the foot today, he said that's really where it needs to go (last week was the hip and that didn't do much) so hopefully the shot won't bug the foot more like it did last time. It has been numb most of the day so I won't know how things will go (until I try to sleep tonight or get up tomorrow morning). I'm a tad frustrated by this now, he said he'll likely give me a 4th shot next week (was only planning on 3). The shots in the foot don't hurt but the after effects aren't great, yet, when put in perspective, it is definitely nothing worth complaining about compared to other things people on this board are dealing with and things I've gone through in the past too. So, I'm trying to keep looking at it that way, as a temporary annoyance that doesn't seem to want to go away but that will at some point.

Cardio Express uses the death box and is with . I use the TF. The choreography moves FAST. Good workout but the changes from one move to another are too fast for me to keep up with unless I do at least weekly to keep it fresh and I don't usually like to do anything that often, especially not to just to be able to follow along semi-adequately!

The sleep is the biggest issue but it is also bugging me more during the day now. It is still partly numb from the shot I got earlier today so I'll know tomorrow (or tonight?) where I'm at. Hopefully improved. I know this is temporary but... I have about 1 more week's worth of anti-inflammatory pills and at least one more cortisone shot. Hopefully by then all will be well. The doc was so cool today. I said, "On the bright side, it is better." He said, "But better is not good enough! We want it GONE!" So, I definitely have reason to hope it will be soon, he's fighting for it with me. I love this guy!!

Oh, that's a great doctor. Lucky, lucky. It makes a huge difference, especially when you're in the thick of it, feeling like you're stuck with something. Hi ,

I hope the foot pain subsides, it is tough when dealing with something like that and not knowing when it will go away. I get very impatient, but inevitably, when I least expect it - it resolves! :)

Yes, I have that FIRM and it is confusing. I think I finally got it after years of having it. That first step section always throws me for a loop.

Hi Donna,

Today seems to be better with the foot. Miriam wanted to go to the pool and I went but it is kind of sore to walk on without my shoes/orthotics so I sat on the side and watched her in the shallow water for the most part, it gets aggravated walking on the pool bottom, I think. I told her I'd try to go in with her tomorrow though. We only have the pass until Saturday.

The first section throws me off and then I never get caught up it seems. I can't wait years to get it, I'd love to be able to do it, it is an excellent workout for the cardio/calorie burn but... I give up. I'm glad you can do it though!
