Last week in 2011 plan

It's the last week for my upper body/cardio/lower body/cardio/abs rotation and I still have to keep the cardio low key because of my foot but am making it a FIRM week because I miss those videos and don't know how much I'll use them in January. I'll follow Libby when I need to for low impact modifications! The kids are home, I'm off work and having no routine means it will be hard to push myself to workout so having a plan should help. Knowing it is workouts I want to do will help more plus I picked shorter ones so that will help too (less dread). Here's my plan:

Monday: Upper Body (35 min) & try out ab wheel

Tuesday: Express Cardio (30 min)

Wednesday: Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs (35 min)

Thursday: Fat Blaster (45 min)

Friday: Jiggle Free Abs (24 min) (and maybe more ab wheel)

Saturday: Rest or bonus workout – New Year's Eve

Sunday: Rest or bonus workout – New Year's Day

I'm planning on doing a body parts rotation for January, which seems to be a kind of transition from the rotation I did this month (upper/lower/core as full systems) and far away from the total body workouts I usually do. I didn't notice much in the way of results this month so I don't know if January will be any different in that sense but I do plan to be focused on heavy weights so we'll see. Will start planning those workouts soon and will even try to plan the entire month at once, that might also help give me better results (less haphazard, like December was).

Will post as I go!
