Hugs!  I didn't leave the house all day and did minimal housework.  Aside from the chest and spinning workouts I mostly putzed around.  It's 2:00 in the morning and I don't want to let go of the day.  We get tomorrow off work and I'm going over to a friend's house to watch a documentary on Aileen Wournos.  Should be grand :) 

Seriously sometimes I'm becoming a homebody.  I bought this house, my first and probably only house, 3.5 years ago but the novelty of it all has not worn out at all.  I love it here, and am happy for the most part to hang out at home.  I have the kitties and my gym and laptops - what more do I need? 

Time flies, so I'm thinking ahead about retirement (I'm 43 LOL but before you know it I'll be 65 along with the rest of you!) I've already decided that I will be a night owl, sleep in til 11 or 12, get up, take a French Lit class at PSU. My almost masters is in French but because I'm a good test taker and crammed it all to short term memory I got great grades but remember NOTHING, it's really pathetic and I want to go back and retake these classes one at a time and SAVOR them, not worry about grades.  I will bus it home after lunch from a cart downtown and hang out at Cascade Athletic club, study and read til late at night, repeat.

I miss being a student and enjoy university life. I find it ironic that at least in my case working is WAY easier than being a student, and you get PAID MONEY FOR IT.  Okay, done rambling at least for tonite (this morning)

 

How cool to have the whole day to yourself and not have to worry about doing anything.  That 70 mins of workout probably assured any yummy food you ate to stick anywhere. ;)                                                                                          Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone

Our family celebrates on Xmas eve, so I blissfully have today all to myself :)  I got my 1.5 hours in with Chest and RPM 41 (spinning)4 sets of 7dumbell chest press15's, 20's, 20's, 20's

single arm kettlebell chest press right arm only:30, 30, 30, 30 single arm kettlebell chest press left arm only:

30, 30, 30, 30 dumbell chest flys (I wish I could go heavier on these but I can't due to an old injury)20's, 20's, 20's, 20'spushups on an overturned BOSUtoes, toes, toes toes :)

After that I did some cardio with Les Mills RPM 41 (spinning).  My favorite was the last hill track, which was a dancier, modern remix of the 80's hit, " Send Me An Angel " Off to refuel and take a shower!
