Today's Shoulder workout at the Sweat Shop

Today's Sweat Shop workout was shoulders, you do each set of three twice, 12 reps eachoverhead presses -8’s upright rows – 15’sreverse flys  - 8’s

lateral raises – 8’sscarecrows – 5’sY Presses – 3’s rear delt lifts – 8’sweighted circles, both directions – 3’santerior raises – 5’s

The best part is taking a shower afterward in the middle of the work day, it's so decadent and good for the spirit!   I MUST get back on track with eating and working out at the Sweat Shop in addition to CAC.  My workout pants were way too tight today, it's time to quit complaining and DO something about it!    

New Years Resolutioners were at the Sweat Shop today, as the locker room was crowded.  Luckily they all take the Group X classes; the workout floor was empty for the Sisters in Iron!
