I need some lower impact stuff right now, I've been doing a lot of high impact for 2 months and I just need a little rest, this felt great. This is a very energetic workout and the music is great. I needed the soothingness of it today. My car, for the umpteenth millionth time is leaking coolant. Last time it was major engine work. This time it will probably mean a new car which we really can't afford. We won't be able to for at least a few years but that was definitely asking too much so I'm trying to prepare myself for that and the repair bill. We're dropping it off tonight to be looked at tomorrow. Hopefully, it is nothing major and they can help me limp along for a little while longer. We'll see though. Anyway, enough of that, was just what I needed. The music, her encouragement and hopefulness and joy, it was all good. I put a ton of energy into most of it too and just felt great from it.
