Our holiday was very quiet and relaxing - it helped that it was just the three of us and my mom!! Hi Everyone,

My cold seems to be mostly gone and my back/hips is better!!!

Today I got back in to working out - I did 35 min on the recumbent bike and then I did 30 min of core work w/ Suzanne Deason's balance ball for abs ($1.99 at 's sale!) I liked this DVD, I had the VHS tape when it first came out. It is a relaxing Pilates-style workout w/ the ball. I'm planning more of the same for this week - nothing strenuous and I'll get back to more "serious" workouts next week.I'm working 2 days this week (one of which, I'm working at home) and home 2 days - so that will be good. Hope everyone has a relaxing day after!!Donna
