Monday: Upper Body (35 min) & try out ab wheel

Tuesday: Express Cardio (30 min)

Wednesday: Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs (35 min)

Thursday: Fat Blaster (45 min)

Friday: Jiggle Free Abs (24 min) (and maybe more ab wheel)

Saturday: Rest or bonus workout – New Year's Eve

Sunday: Rest or bonus workout – New Year's Day

Looks like an awesome plan, . Being out of your routine sure does make getting your workout in difficult. You got a plan and that's motivating for sure.

Thanks, ! Funny thing is, I slept in until almost noon today (seriously, I never get to sleep past 8 so this was a total luxury, I woke up a few times along the way but let myself keep snoozing as long as I could) so now I'm REALLY messed up routine-wise! I'm dressed to do whatever because my whole family is home and we'd talked about going swimming at the gym but now everyone is doing different things so, I might just get into my exercise duds and go downstairs after my breakfast/lunch settles as long as no one else cares. So, we'll see if today's workout happens! ;-)
