short workout?

Hey guys!

I have a few appointments coming up at the end of this month and next month as well, and unless I get up at 3 am I am going to have to come up with a couple super short workouts (30 minutes tops). Does anyone have any suggestions on something that's not cardio (won't have time for a shower) but something that will let my body know I worked?

I'm going through my workouts and haven't figured anything out yet.

How about Coffey Meyer's 30 min to fitness workouts that are just strength (not cardio or circuit)?

I actually thought about those, but I did them not too long ago so I'm not really feeling into them right now.

How about going for a 30 minute walk - just steady don't push yourself - it's still lightly aerobic and you won't sweat.

I actually thought about those, but I did them not too long ago so I'm not really feeling into them right now.

How about going for a 30 minute walk - just steady don't push yourself - it's still lightly aerobic and you won't sweat.

I wish I could do that, but I have a little one that I couldn't leave that early in the morning. Really good idea though. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Hey - another idea - how about doing your yoga workouts? It is a good body weight strength routine and you won't get all sweaty....

Hey - another idea - how about doing your yoga workouts? It is a good body weight strength routine and you won't get all sweaty....
