I have a few appointments coming up at the end of this month and next month as well, and unless I get up at 3 am I am going to have to come up with a couple super short workouts (30 minutes tops). Does anyone have any suggestions on something that's not cardio (won't have time for a shower) but something that will let my body know I worked? I wish I could do that, but I have a little one that I couldn't leave that early in the morning. Really good idea though.
