Guest guest
Thank you so much . You are so kind. I had mentioned to a friend my age that ALL I was able to do is go for those walks, and she told me she wished she could even walk one mile. She has bad rheumatoid arthritis. Boy, I was sorry. Taught me a lesson! Boy, the things we take for granted sometimes, right? An easy walk, a clear head. Being able to concentrate at work is HUGE, , and your walks are longer than what most ambulatory people's are. You are shining on through! Please continue to report in as you are able because you inspire us (and of course we also care about you Hugs! Today was 4 miles of walking, but I didn't add anything else today. Total steps 11,977.I am actually starting to feel some relief. I almost can't even believe it because this has been going on for so long, but my head felt better today. It's all still there, but much less intense, and no nausea since last week. I can deal with this. I am still taking it really slow. Work was really super busy, but I can concentrate now, and got tons done today.
Guest guest
It is amazing sometimes... and then downright humbling when we get put in our places too. The lessons are good though, we all need them sometimes. Re: wednesday Thank you so much . You are so kind. Guest guest
I had a super busy, and super productive day at work. It's a 5 day week, compressed into 3 days, and with fewer people on the team. It was hopping today.I walked 3.5 miles today, and I was able to pick up the pace. I was able to use my walking playlist on my iPod this morning, but took a slower pace on the way home. Still feeling euphoric about the daily improvements. Insanely happy. I'll work and do the walk commute tomorrow. I'm off Friday-Monday. I really hope to get on my bike, and It think I might be able to take it for a short spin around the hood on Friday, just to see how it feels.
