My initial thought is do each cycle only 2 weeks not 4 and thus do a 6 week rotation? I will probably do different cardio - such as spinso 2 weeks of burn, 2 weeks of push and then 2 weeks of lean... does anyone have any other ideas?I will start next week on tuesday but we can be flexible ... but lets be accountable to each other.I would like to then do power 90 and maybe work to p90X.. (yes my boyfriend got me both .
