Guest guest Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 Of course I pigged out on Thanksgiving. My girlfriend made pumpkin pie, so I ate lots of that! Then we went to see " Breaking Dawn " so I had popcorn--but only one bag of it because the smell was bothering her. And she made great chili for supper on Saturday, so I ate that for two days. Anyway, Monday I was ready to get back on the exercise horse. Unfortunately while doing one of Danny Sullivan's kickboxing workouts, I pulled or strained something in my back. I got through it but ended up with such a bad headache that I didn't do weights on Tuesday. Instead I went to the chiropractor. It's mostly better today. Today I did another of Danny's workouts and just tried to be careful of how I moved. I may go to the chiropractor again tomorrow. I'm kinda bummed though because I really wanted to get in a solid week's worth of workouts now that Thanksgiving is over. I'm sticking to my meal plan though. The only thing is, I'm finding I'm more hungry than usual even though I'm eating what I did before. How was YOUR Thanksgiving and recovery?
