Hi Everyone,Today was a rest day on the FIRM rotation I'm following, but I did a instead - 3 miles (the ones w/out the band) from her 5 Big Miles. I *do* like this one - the music is so much better than in her "bat cave" DVDs. The 5th mile slows down a bit too much too soon for me, but it would probably be ok if I did the entire workout. I also did 10 min of yoga from the 10 Min Solution Yoga for Beginners DVD - I did the stress relief practice. 10 min of gentle stretching w/ a strap. Perfect!
