So pleased that it wasn't a big ordeal for you. You were brave to go

after avoiding it for so long. Hope you eating over the weekend went

OK, however I wouldn't be surprised if nothing much has changed. It

usually takes a few fills for restriction and you might still be able

to cope with most things. I think for most of us, the biggest tester

is bread - this seems to be the thing that really shows we have

restriction and causes blockage.

Look forward to hearing how you go and wishing you well on your way

to your -10kg goal - you will get there - I have no doubt of that.
