Hope you eating over the weekend went OK, however I wouldn't be surprised if nothing much has changed. It usually takes a few fills for restriction and you might still be able to cope with most things. I think for most of us, the biggest tester is bread - this seems to be the thing that really shows we have restriction and causes blockage.
