Guest guest Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 Today was the usual 3.5 mile walk commute, and total mileage was 5.08 miles (pedometer). Total steps 11,117. In order to make it easier on my back, I had to really focus on using my core to brace my spine, and keeping my shoulder blades pulled down. I focused on stepping lightly. I did 12 reps of triple-crush with a 12 lb KB. I'll do something quick for lower body tomorrow.I just realized that I have a 4 day weekend coming up. Hoorah!
