Weight loss this time of year! Awesome, Indyrose. Was this on your new treadmill?

I managed another 20 minutes of running intervals last night. I only had a small time to get a workout in, so this fit nicely. This time, I did a very strict 2 minute run, one minute walk interval. I kept whining to myself to either shorten the run or lengthen the walk, but I didn't! I think I'll do this one more time, then try to lengthen the run interval.

I'm glad to see my weight start to drop again. I hit a new low this morning at 154.2! My goal is around 135-140 for my 5'4 " frame, so I have a ways to go yet.

Yep! This is the new treadmill. I like the blinking lights telling me how fast

and how far, etc. that I've gone. The old one didn't have a lot of those

features.

The weather outside is really yucky!! Rainy and about 35 degrees! I prefer the

warm, dry basement! Maybe I'll try outside in the spring, as I know it's

" different. "

I use to have 2 treadmills but that was several years ago. I got rid of them because walking and running in one spot bored the life out of me. I found myself looking down at the time every few seconds. I'll bet the ones they have now days are so much better and probably wouldn't seem as boring. One would be great for a change up from the DVD's. I just wished I liked them.
