7 flights of stairs at work up and downGroup Power class, which included what seemed like a zillion lunges2 hours on the recumbent bike while watching Biggest LoserI had a really crappy day starting with my sister coming into my house unexpected, no phone call beforehand, at six fucking thirty in the morning while I was on the pot, me thinking she was a burglar and me jumping off the pot to go after her in fight or flight response, poopy butt and all, adrenaline way high and I flew off the handle and yelled at her at the top of my lungs. I'm glad I currently don't have a neighbor or I would have certainly woken them up (like Jen I live in a townhouse)

It only got worse at work but surprisingly ended very well after work.  OFF TO BED.
