Guest guest Posted December 25, 2011 Report Share Posted December 25, 2011 Our family celebrates on Xmas eve, so I blissfully have today all to myself I got my 1.5 hours in with Chest and RPM 41 (spinning)4 sets of 7dumbell chest press15's, 20's, 20's, 20's single arm kettlebell chest press right arm only:30, 30, 30, 30 single arm kettlebell chest press left arm only: 30, 30, 30, 30 dumbell chest flys (I wish I could go heavier on these but I can't due to an old injury)20's, 20's, 20's, 20'spushups on an overturned BOSUtoes, toes, toes toes After that I did some cardio with Les Mills RPM 41 (spinning). My favorite was the last hill track, which was a dancier, modern remix of the 80's hit, " Send Me An Angel " Off to refuel and take a shower! Merry Christmas, Everyone! That 70 mins of workout probably assured any yummy food you ate to stick anywhere.
