Guest guest
You enabler, you, these sound really good! I'll have to go look at it... and then quickly navigate away from the page. I'll be getting $ for my birthday next month and I've decided already it is not all going to bills & savings, at least a little bit goes to me so I'll check this out and see if it goes on the possible list! Enjoy, ! X Factor ST arrived today! I like it! Wow, what a neat dvd set for traveling! It's all bodyweight exercises and it's an 8 week program. I just watched week one and was impressed! NICE eye candy, and you download the nutrition guide, calendar, and workout journal off the cd and print it yourself. the dvd's come in a nice hard plastic case and are compact, again, awesome for traveling! It comes with some rotating pushup stands - I haven't fiddled with them yet to see if they can also be stationary stands. In addition to the 8 dvd's for the 8 weeks ,which you do every other day, it has some other dvd'sAbsYogaGlutes & ThighsTotal BodyFor week one, this is the workout:plank (30 seconds)reverse tabletop (45 seconds)alternating T lunges (90 seconds)bicycles (30 seconds)supermans (45 seconds)sumo squats with alternating knee raises (90 seconds)60 second water breakKnee pulls (30 seconds, etc, same pattern as above)wide base pushupsshadow boxingrope twistswimming frog leaps60 second water break.Repeat everything again, cooldown. These will be PERFECT for Hawaii, and I bet I can talk my brother in law, Marc, into doing them with me!

I'm looking forward to using it while traveling. I like athletic drill workouts. You enabler, you, these sound really good! I'll have to go look at it... and then quickly navigate away from the page.
