But, I finally decided on Slim Series Express Core Cardio (b/c I was missing the core workout from 10 lb slimdown this week - so, I knew I wanted core, but didn't feel like doing that one). Anyway, this was a good choice for me, the time went by fast and it was a little core and a little cardio. Debbie also briefly touched on other muscle groups as well. The big mistake in this workout is the wood chops that are only done on one side - but I always just skip back and do them on the other side to be even. I finished up w/ Cool It Off Express which is one of my favorite Athletic Stretching workouts. It is straightforward and not too long or too short. The original Slim Series Cool It Off is an hour long so hard to fit in sometimes - especially if you are doing another workout that day. And, the Slim in 6 stretch, while good, is shorter and doesn't feel as thorough or relaxing. Cool It Off Express is 30 min, which is great. I don't know if I posted yesterday but I did a 2.5 hour walk outside w/ my friend. I was a tad stiff from it, which is why I definately wanted to add some stretching in today. It was a good choice! Ok - better run. Oh - I think I'm going to switch gears and do a FIRM rotation, I'm just feeling meh about working out - so, I think I need to pick something that is fun and effective. I dug up this rotation that has a lot of the BSS1 and BSS2 workouts, and the 6 -pack workouts which are short and sweet (perfect for holiday season!) I think this is my plan. For the rest days I'll do "whatever" - cardio, yoga, Pilates, etc. And, I'll just take my time w/ it - I'd like to finish by Xmas, but if I don't, I don't. I think I'm putting too much pressure on myself to be "perfect"! That would totally annoy me.Your firm rotation looks good. I've been thinking too that I always feel like I look great when I do a Firm rotation but then again, I really want to do workouts I haven't done or haven't done in so long I don't remember them still so then I stop myself from doing a Firm rotation but instead, am working them into my current plan (Mon upper body, Tues cardio, Wed lower body or abs, Thurs cardio, Fri lower body or abs) when I can. I will enjoy reading about your workouts and might join you in some too!
