Guest guest Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 I forgot to report in on yesterday's workout. I did 's new one, but didn't choose a good premix. I did the one with the drills... grr... I should have known they would be full of impact. While I didn't enjoy that part much, I love the weight section on this one, and that was in the premix. I shut my HRM off around 43 minutes and burned 472 calories with my average at 129.
