Guest guest Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 Today is my normal rest day, but since DH won't be home this weekend, and I got up before 3:00 this morning (yes..GRR), I thought I'd at least sneak in a yoga. I should have done more with the time I had, but I was busy doing other stuff, and my energy is about non-existant due to the lack of sleep. With that said, I did the 32 minute premix. I liked it okay, but the poses were held long.. and the beginning was slow for me. I like faster moving yoga. I did get some great burns though. I managed okay!! I did have to rest with a couple of the poses, but nothing too bad. D, wo also bought some herbal " calming " tablets..hopefully they will help me get my butt back to sleep with these wakings!
