Oh how exciting you're doing CLX, Darcy! Of course I have fond memories doing this with Stacey last year :)  They really are effective workouts!  Hugs!

 

Again, a bit short on time, but I still got my planned workout in :)  I did CLX's Lean #3.  It has been too long since I have done one of these.  I forgot just how tough they can be!  I felt it was probably a bit overkill for me for just two muscle groups (chest and shoulders), but I did it anyway.   Felt good to work hard!  I burned 417 calories with my average at 129.  I was happy with my burn for a weight workout!

I will be doing CLX for the next 3 - 4 weeks, but I'll have to change it up a tad as to when I'm doing what with the way I take my rest days.  I look forward to the solid strength training!D

Chalene is the best! I think you will notice yourself getting thinner but not necessarily lighter.
