My hip/low back whatever was hurting (still is) but I wasn't going to let it stand in my way. I did Quick Fix Power Yoga and did the endurance and strength routines. After that, I did some stretching of my hips on my own. It felt OK, but when I went to get in the shower it started throbbing while standing there. I had to hurry up and get out. What the heck is this? Even when we walked the dogs this morning I had to stop a couple of times and do the cat/cow stretch, which I've NEVER had to do. It relieved it for about 2 minutes and was right back. This is starting to really annoy the heck out of me. At least it does come and go. I'd be sorry if it didn't at least go away some.
