Guest guest Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 Hi Everyone, I just received Drill Max in a trade (woo hoo! this looks cool & tough) and am wondering if anyone can help me categorize the premixes. I'm making assumptions from the names but hoping to make sure I'm right. Here's what I have: Timesaver Cardio Blast: cardio Ultra Cardio Blast: cardio Scrambled Cardio Blast: cardio? (I have no clue what the "scrambled" refers to) Cardio Leg Blast: circuit, lower body emphasis Cardio & All Upper Body: circuit, upper body emphasis Total Body: strength, total body emphasis Please let me know if I need to make any changes.
