Today I did the last few workouts from the Lose Weight in 8 DVD I got from exercise TV. Today was Yoga Sculpt-30 min. This was a workout that uses light weights to do moves based on yoga, then I did recovery workout 1 which was a great little stretch workout using a yoga strap and a foam roller. I have had my foam roller for a while now but never actually used it before,for some reason I thought it would feel good and therapeutic, but during the IT band foam roller portion, that freaking hurt. Anyways, it was an awesome little stretch workout. The recovery workout 2 was a yoga stretch workout. Both of the recovery workouts are 15 min. each. I think this DVD which includes 3-30 minute workouts and the 2-15 minute recovery workouts was well worth the $1 I spent on it. Have a great day everyone.
