Wed - Firm Max Cardio

Hi!

My workout today was Max Cardio Burn from the BSS2 series. Allie leads this one and it is a FIRM -style cardio workout - so a little of everything. I generally enjoy these b/c there is a lot of variety - step, floor cardio, step w/ weights, floor w/ weights etc. There is also a killer ab section at the end of this workout - I'm happy to have made it through it today!I scheduled my DD's tooth extraction for January 4th - I can kind of see how she wouldn't want to mess up her break and next week is just really busy for her w/ school class parties and holiday programs.Ok - talk to everyone later, I'm having trouble getting started and motivated today!Donna

Glad you liked your workout today, Donna. I think variety in a workout makes the time to fast. That's how it was for me this morning.
