Guest guest
Hi all,Today I did my walk commute. It was about 3.5 miles total, and the total steps for the day according to pedometer was 4.95 or 10,876 steps. Slowwwww. Getting used to life in slo-mo. My back is healing, so right now it's quite painful to walk. It doesn't hurt when I'm still, so I. This morning I used my STS tower to stretch my back and to steady myself while I did 3 minutes of unweighted squats and static lunges. Wobbly, but it's a start. OK, so tomorrow I will try something easy with upper body. Maybe DiLuglio style triple-crush with a light bell and maybe plank on an incline. 3-5 minutes. Guest guest
Your 10,876 steps are way more than most people do in a day, especially if it is painful to walk! Guest guest
Thanks ! Those commute walks have kept me sane, that's for sure. If I had access to a car every day, I'd have succumbed to driving every day. I bet I'd be completely depressed without those wonderful walks. Today I did my walk commute. Guest guest
Thanks ! You're too kind. I woke up kinda sore in the glutes and then it dawned on me that that those 3 minutes of lunges and squats actually made me a little sore, LOL!
