Guest guest
Hmm, craving the salt - someone once told me that it is a sign of dehydration, have no idea if that is true or not. But I love salty too, there is a crab paste that you buy from Ikea, it comes in a tube like toothpaste and it is excellent on crunchy crackers mmmm. Guest guest
Mel I'm sorry but that vision doesn't grab me at all - yukko!!! Mind you my cruskit phase for the past week has been with grilled cheese on and lots of S & P - I have been putting a few away lately, along with the icecream to wash it all down, but at the moment I am still basking in the enjoyment of my lovely lunch and wanting a repeat plateful - which really just goes back to the whole reason for my weight problem in the first place - I do not want to give up the experience and enjoyment of the meal. At least now I can only have a certain amount instead of 3 platefuls every night. Mind you you would think after 12 months, I would have got the slow eating thing down pat, but no not me, still stuffing food down my gullet like it was the last supper - this head hunger thing just doesn't know when to quit and like you, it is much more evident when I am feeling flat or have too much time on my hands. Next Monday I start quilting again - perhaps that will help. Bloody Craig - what a brat for not letting you enjoy your new ring when you have got all this on your mind at the moment - might be just the trick to brighten you up. Perhaps you need a pampering day to take your mind off things - and send him the bill. Guest guest
Oh Nic, not you too with the fishy paste - ooh eek..... I was told when I got cramps in the foot during aqua classes that it is from lack of salt - must attribute to lots of things and I certainly wouldn't think my bod lacks it as I cook with it and pour it over everything - love the stuff!!! has got a new show on telly tonight - looking forward to it. Thank goodness the ratings are back on next week and we can have some decent TV - drives me nuts all this sport on prime time. My boss leaves on Sat and isn't back till 1 March - how good is that - think I have a few long lunches in my near future and a few early marks together with lots more golf and his office parking spot - wow that makes me feel better. Anyway back to work for me - nearly another day and week over then I'm going to be good and go to the gym on Sat morn - gosh that just sent a chill down my spine evening typing it... Have a good night Cheers Cherie > > > Hmm, craving the salt - someone once told me that it is a sign of > dehydration, have no idea if that is true or not.
